5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies to personalize your experience, understand how our website is used, count visits, and tell whether an email has been opened. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; some features of the website may not work correctly if cookies are disabled. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. We may share information with trusted vendors who help us deliver the Services, such as SMS and email delivery, customer support, scheduling, payment processing, and analytics providers. These providers receive only the information they need and may use it only to perform services on our behalf.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Strength Doctor, our patients, users, or others; or to protect against legal liability.

Business transfers. If Strength Doctor is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.

Third-party sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to receive text messages from Strength Doctor, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Mobile Messaging section of our Terms and Conditions for full program terms.

8. Your Choices
